about the author

Madelyne James is a wife and mother of two children, two dogs and two cats. She lives in rural Canada, and very much enjoys the tranquillity of life in the woods. Her favourite things are flowers, rainy days and a good book. Madelyne has been writing stories since her early teens and after taking time to raise her children and help her husband with his business, she finally decided to make her dreams of publishing a reality. Nothing makes her happier than writing stories for people to get lost in.

about the book

Abandoned by an abusive husband, Arielle Munroe was just a simple farm girl who loved her horses, her dog and her books but when she finds an injured man who’d crashed his bike on the edge of her farm, her quiet life is thrown into a spin she could have never imagined. Jackson James, tattooed, rough and running from his demons was unlike any man she’d ever met. Despite his hard and dangerous appearance, Arielle quickly realized there was an honorable but broken man beneath the surface. Each with a past that they had to face and dangers that threatened to keep them apart, would they be able to open their hearts and allow love to heal all the wounds before it was too late? From the wide open spaces of the Midwest to the dangerous streets of New York City, would this simple farm girl be able to tame the hardened biker and would they realize that love really does conquer all?
